There is a delay of about 2 minutes or more time between Listening stream and Nowplaying. help!

          I have used airtime for sometime. but i found a serious problem on the station of my own's server machine. 

          There is a delay of about 2 minutes or more time between  Listening stream and  Nowplaying.


          What can i do for fixing this problem?


          anybody can help me?  thanks a lot!
