About browser and compatibility with Windows and XAMPP

    Hello,

    I have installed Newscoop on Widows 8.1 with XAMPP installed. Apparently, the installation process has been satisfactory. However, I can not see the administration panel when I write as user admin and the password. I have the same problem when opening the index webpage.

    Moreover, the information about the browser available in GitHub is not clear for me. Newscoop could not be used on SmartPhones and Tablets? What is the minimun version required for Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?
