error during installation

    Hello,

    Thus this has to be VPS hosting or can't this work with shared hosting? I use godaddy as webhosting. 

    But by installing couldn't install the template and arrived at these links

    a) public_html/newscoop/install/index.php
       b) public_html/newscoop/index.php
       c) public_html/newscoop/admin.php

    Internal Server Error

    I can't open the htaccess with any program.
    How can I update?
