music from a other server

    so i was wondering i have a other server that holds all of my music , can airtime play music from that server ? or do the music files need to be on the same server as airtime ?

    I guess you can, but first you will need to mount the remote filesystem in the local server (don't forget to add it to fstab, so it gets mounted on boot in case the server gets rebooted)  then just add that folder in the watch directories.

    Look around here in the forum this has been already done in several ways. - there are also several utilities that can do this very simply.
    No longer using Airtime or Libretime.
