Hi all! Is it possible in Newscoop to load a non-standard image formats, such as 1150x700? And use renditions for these images?

Yes. As long as the image is at least as big as the rendition, you can use any image format.

The thing is that I want the size that I will create appeared in the admin panel link: http://mysite.com//admin/rendition

You need to edit the file theme.xml for the theme you are using to change the renditions.
