Issue with icons not loading on editor?

    After install on my local box i had no issues with this when on the server none of the icons will load on the editor. I have checked the permissions and nothing seems tob e up firebug shows they are trying to load from the right location and the files exist. any ideas i also notice this is a very old version of xinha will this work this safari 3?
