WYSIWYG editor for image captions removed?

Hi developers,
While documenting Newscoop 4.3.0 I cannot see the WYSIWYG editor for image captions in the Edit Article page, even after rich text captions have been enabled in System Preferences. Was it removed on purpose?

It works in Newscoop 4.3.1 after applying the fix in https://dev.sourcefabric.org/browse/CS-5595
