Automatic Issue Publication

It seems that the automatic issue publication is not working very well! I have tried to use it but every time the programmed hour arrives the Issue status stills the same and I really need this functionality. Does anyone has an idea what is the problem? or what I'm doing wrong?

make sure that newscoop cron tasks are active.

I remember testing this on the demo site a while ago and it didn't work. It's in the bugtracker. https://dev.sourcefabric.org/browse/CS-4887
