    in streams - it says we are offline -
    i suspect its in additional options

    we were advised to change the admin and now its all gone to pot !
    no live help - so waiting mode,

    Hi Adrian,

    It looks like someone on your end changed the username and password in the stream settings to something that wasn't correct. I went ahead and fixed it, let me know if you have any questions.
