Hello world, I have been using airtime for the past 10months, I have tried 3 different Linux distros. 1st I tried using ubuntu server 10.04, but ran into problems with airtime freezing up. Then 2nd I tried Zentyal but ran into problems with os freezing. 3rd, I tried ubuntu 11 LTS. It ran fine for a few months but then the station started skipping/buffering & I noticed that ubuntu dropped a particular repository which caused the os to freeze up from time to time.
Last night I hopped on distrowatch to find a ubuntu based replacement where I located Zorin os, which is based on both ubuntu & debian. Therefore, I wanted to ask around to see if anyone here have tested Zorin with airtime & could give me a some input. Fwiw, Zorin use Deb package management. When I get home today from work I plan on installing it next to ubuntu to give it a test drive. Thanks in advance.
