Cannot see music folders in the library

Hello I am new to airtime.We have a very large library of music - more than 40,000 files.
We uploaded the music in folders - and now the folders are missing...More important - there is some metadata missing from some of the files and they are blank inside the library.We need to be able to view the files in an organized manner - if not we will not be able to proceed with Airtime.PLEASE HELP!!!
