    "As fans get ready for the World Cup in Brazil, Sourcefabric would like to encourage (friendly) national rivalries in the community of our users and supporters. Our aim is that every localization will reach 100% completion by the time Newscoop 4.3 is released. The more fans each language team can gather, the more likely it is that we will hit that target."
