publishing tracks history

    How could I publish in HTML a history of played tracks, more than the previous/current/next track? I need to show the past 5~10 tracks.
    I've checked this forum and the manuals but could not find an answer.

    Couldn't you harvest the information from the live-info json feed (see http://sourcefabric.booktype.pro/airtime-25-for-broadcasters/exporting-the-schedule/), and build up your own history? You could use the starts/ends timestamps to tell you when more information is available...

    Your suggestion is indeed something I could pursue using a server-side backend to poll the live info feed: would require some minimal persistence and a permanent loop for refreshing the information. This is not that complicated but can add complexity to a minimal web site which otherwise would not need any backend at all. 

    Unless there is a better alternative?

    This could be avoided if the live info API would be able to return a configurable number of results, of even just a fixed number and clients could choose how many to display.

    None of the solutions are easy.

    The one recommended is recommended and best for where you will have many hits to your webpage or server.

    You already have a server-side backend  when you install Airtime (locally or on your host).

    I used  php (http-get) to harvest liquidsoap and then write it to a text file for my log,but can be applicable
