list_related_articles doesn't work well with apc, it shows the same list on all articles
Does anyone know how to fix this?

if you meant that you have enabled apc as "Database Cache Engine" in System Preferences then I don't recommend using it. As you can see it's enough buggy.

you can use nay opcode cacher like apc, xcache but do not use it for db queries caching.

in my case when i use apc for db queries caching everything works fine except the related articles
is there a way to escap caching for it.
because I found a performance improvement when using it

it's what you have found but there is a lot of possible issues

try template caching instead. It speeds up site responding much better.
