Can't upload a book to a group, dropdowns do not show, can't change book status or add collaborators

    Hello,

    I'm a very new booktype pro plus user and I'm having the following problems:

    1. Started my book but I can't add the book to the group I created. There is no visible drop down in the group account for adding a book (photo below)

    2. I thought this might be because when I first created the book I selected new to hide the book but now I can't change the statue as no options are provided.

    I've attached screenshots of what I'm see.

    Can anyone help with this?
