I'm having trouble installing Campsite 3 rc1 on my local Apache XAMPP server and so don't want to go paying for a virtual server somewhere unless I feel confident that I can get it installed and working.
what 's the problem exactly? I installed it on W XP, Debian and Centos
5.0 with small problems, but succesfully. Maybe I can help you.

ultimately I want to install it on a virtual server running Linux
probably, but for now I'm testing on a local server of XAMPP running on
Windows XP.
The problem I have is that I go through the browser installation process
without any problems, and then when I visit the localhost in my browser
(Campsite still needs to be installed in the webroot right?) I just get
a blank page..
