Campsite Setup and Managment Needed for "non-tech"

I need either a computer tech to setup and manage campsite for me with my hosting company...or I am willing to switch to a hosting company that can successfully set it up and offer tech support. (I do NOT have computer training or experience).
Any referrals would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!
