Running of Newscoop

    I have installed Newscoop, on my server in jeeep.breizhbleu.com/newscoop. I have created a publication attached to a theme. I have all necessary access in admin mode but ... how can future users may access to my publication to register ? I didn't find in the documentation this very simple question.
