    Hi Tim,

    yeah, although it is not a bug, it just how it works right now, and it
    happens not only with images but text or anything, try to change
    something in the text and do the same, you will lose your changes.

    it happens because an action like "Status change" does not take care
    of article content, it only change article status.

    be aware of this, well you actually are =)
