Helo friends..

I've a share server, and i want to install Newscoop. I download it and unzip it in the "public" dir.

Then I access the Install going to /newscoop/... all ok.

But I haven't "Exec()" and "System()" calls. My server admin... don't give me the permission.

Can I install it without it?

Escuse me for my english and for the question. I'm new in Newscoop.
