[SOLVED] Mixed Output Stream (Can it be done?)
  • This question might seems whacky but ....

I want to do a mix output stream

Stream 1 ogg-vorbis to other streaming device(remote station)
Stream 2 mpeg       to public and some mobile device
Stream 3 AAC        to other devices (mobile etc.)

What are the implications as it relates to streaming on Airtime and problem?

Is there any other requirements (not including those included in the wiki)

I did use three streams for a year, but only ogg & mp3.
Check the requirements for aac+-support and go for it.
If you wanna use just aac, this should work with no problem.

for AAC you need to recompile liquidsoap, and do a little modification in your configuration
But all is explained in the manual : RTFM :D

I thought default AAC is already supported natively from 2.4 on and the modifications are only needed for AAC+?!
