Blank Index after install (4.2)

    During the installation I attempted to select a theme and got the error "unsigned/set-1". I contuned with default "no theme" install and the front page is now blank. Is there any sample data in the 4.2 install.  I also tried deleting the theme and the response was unsigned/successful but the theme is still there.

    How can I enable the theme. Thanks.

    Seems like am missing something. Did I ask the wrong question, post to the wrong area or just missed a step in the instllation process. Just looking for an feedback to ensure no one else is experiencing this problem. Feedback appreciated.
