Newscoop 4.2 postponed

    The release of Newscoop's next major version 4.2 was originally planned for Tuesday next week, May 14th. However, there are still a few issues we want to address and a bit of documentation to get in place beforehand. So we wanted to announce that the release will be slightly postponed.

    We have adjusted our roadmap accordingly and the new tentative release date will be at the end of this month, May 28.

    Newscoop 4.2 will include some really exciting stuff like content-fetching REST API and a new plugins schema. These new features also represent some major changes in the system and therefore we wanted to take some more time to make sure the Newscoop community will have a peaceful upgrading experience.
