Hi all.
I want make some modification of login procedure and try to move code from auth_index.tpl to _tpl/sidebar-loginbox.tpl.
When I paste <form action="{{ $form->getAction() }}" method="{{ $form->getMethod() }}"></form>tag, i get error.

 PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getAction() on a non-object in
 /usr/local/www/pres-centr.ck.ua/public/cache/52a6f0302a530155c452191f03d0bfe4cb07785d.file.sidebar-loginbox.tpl.php on line 32

I tried do it on newscoop demo and got same result

Hi,

I cannot reproduce it on candidate newscoop 4.1.1. Can you give me more info about your steps? I am not very good templater and I am not sure how sidebar-loginbox.tpl is working.

I made this steps:
1) select <form> tag from auth_index.tpl and copy into sidebar-loginbox.tpl

2) remove <form> tag from auth_index.tpl

3) go to front-end and try to login

Actual result: I dont see login box.

Hi, Sebastian.
I use NC 4.1.0. I'm at all newbie in making template for NC, coz ask help. Sorry, i forget say about one step:. visually i moved link to login page from sidebar, under search box on right-top side, but aren't think it's trouble. I excluded call file sidebar-loginbox.tpl from all tpl and add to header.tpl. But it's all.
To see login form, code between {{ else }} {{ /if }} in sidebar-loginbox.tpl should be replaced by code from auth_index.tpl and log off in front-end.
