How Long for Files to Upload and Files Not Uploading

    If it ain't one thing it's another. I have been trying to upload 2 files for hours and nothing is happening. I've tried cancelling and restarting but still nothing, says at the bottom of the browser it's waiting...

    Anyone know what the problem might be?

    Also, how long should it take for files to upload? It took a full day, maybe a bit more to upload 45 music files. Is this normal?

    Please take a look at /var/log/airtime/media-monitor/media-monitor.log and check what's happening when you uploaded files.

    Also check the ID3-Tags of the files.
    I experienced Airtime blocking MP3-Files with a "Title-Tag" including more than 120 characters (podcast).
    After changing the content of Title-Tag it worked fluently.

    So you see a progress bar at the bottom that isn't completing? Please show a screenshot if you can. BTW, some older versions of IE have problems uploading, so Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome are your best bet!

    Hi,

    Sorry I'm just making it back. I haven't attempted another upload lately but I would agree that it is probably an IE issue as I had problems today trying to add content to shows in IE but worked perfectly in Firefox.

    I would also agree with Hoerich that it might be a tagging issue, I don't think any of the Title tags were more than 120 characters but I wasn't quite happy with the tagging software I used and so I wouldn't be surprise if there were tagging issues. I'll check all of this out with my next upload.
