Upgrade failed - again, and problem with interface screens

    Hmm.. again, ubuntu package upgrade failed initially, I had to restart first rabbit and then do apt-get install again to get things through... but, at least now I am at 2.3 :)

    And, I run across interesting problem with Chrome  browser, on Schedule and Stream config screens, if I use mouse to scroll down the page, all hell breaks loose, all of sudden page starts recreating itself over and over again - on IE it works as expected.

    I'm using latest Chrome with Windows 8 64bit.
