Difference between icecast and artime stats listeners - Airtime Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

Since the 2.3 we have stats listeners into artime (and that really great)
but, on some shows I have a difference between listeners
for example on icecast I have 32 but on airtime I have 28
Why ? can you explain me this difference ?

Airtime uses Icecast to get stats. However we poll every 2 minutes, and therefore it's possible Airtime missed the moment when there was a peak of 32 users.
