blank frontpage after install Newscoop 402

    Hello,

    I have install Newscoop 402 and have some problems.
    Some problems could I fix trough the forum posts.
    Admin is work now but my frontpage show ;

    On the server is installed;
    Php 5.3.17
    MySQL 5.5.27
    Apache 2.2.23


    Any idea how I can solve this problem
    Have not try to post or create a erticle of upload any images.

    Now have some text; Error: Unable to select a template! Please make sure the following conditions are met:
    there is at least one issue published and it had assigned valid templates for the front, section and article pages;
    a template was assigned for the URL error handling in the publication configuration screen.

    Change in admin the template settings form localhost to myname.com.
    And (try) a ad new article, only title is possible. (dont see the wysiwyg editor to ad more text)

    open_basedir definition should be empty. Check php.ini, apache virtual host, .htaccess for this
