Is there a setting somewhere in Airtime that has a Pre-Roll - A file to be played when a listener first connects to your station. This file is played before your station's content streams to the listener. I am streaming to multiple sources, icecast and shoutcast.

you can do that only with icecast (and shoutcast)
that's into the configuration file
