    I have filled in all the required field in the "Preference/support-setting" tab
    but my radio has never been displayed on your page

    shall i open a special port on my machine ? 
    do i miss something ?

    Hey Fred,

    This is my bad... we're working on a redesign of the site now to make this easier (and more automatic). Right now I have to pull the info off the server and then manually upload. As I've been away, I'm a bit behind. Let me look into this and see if we can catch-up.
