  • Yep, we went with this service. When you have a million things to juggle i.e. chasing shows, tardy DJ's, rights management etc it's good to know that the airtime team have got your back on this. Totally worth it.

    Two weeks ago, i tried to find out if it's possible to have special type of support and wrote to the sales-team without getting an answer yet... sadly, but true!

    maybe I'm becoming wiser asking the same thing in the forum...



    Dear Sourcefabric-Team,
    we run a Community Radio Station in Austria and I am
    currently preparing an Airtime-Server to go Live in January.
    Since we try to use as much OpenSource- or Freeware as
    possible, we think Airtime is the best choice. When presenting Airtime to our Staff a few questions came
    up. One of them is Support!
    Primarely, we are a terrestrial Radio Station and do not
    need any Cloud Storage or Webstreaming.
    So, is it possible to buy a support package which does only
    contain the Expert Support Bronze or Silver?
    So, we are asking for the possibility of remote support.



    Please let me know, if this is possible in any way!
