There is already a database named newscoop.

    Hello, I just set up a Centos 6 server, installed all php packages,,, mysql,,, etc.
    When I begin the installation process,, I can't get past the database configuration.

    I'm prompted that there IS a database, and to rename it to another. I have two options,, one to overwrite,,, then other not to. Either option doesn't allow me to proceed forward. 

    There is already a database named newscoop.

    If you are sure to overwrite it, check Yes for the option below. If not, just change the Database Name and continue.

    try to create empty database before newscoop installation and make sure that db user has full access to that database
