Booktype - edit or remove Section

Hi all,
how can a "Section" (Heading of a chapter) being modified or deleted?
For chapters there is a "Edit" button. (But in my installation there as well lacks a "Remove" Button)?

As well there should be an option to rename the "Section" Name.
