Airtime 2.0.0 ALSA Stutter, continuous underrun

  •  I just updated from 1.9.3 to 2.0.0 (although I ended up having to purge and re-install from scratch, which was my own problem).

The upgrades are great but my ALSA soundcard output has started to stutter and my ls_scipt.log is filled with:

     2012/01/22 18:28:39 [alsa_out(default):2] Trying to recover..
     2012/01/22 18:28:39 [alsa_out(default):2] Underrun!

This soundcard worked fine with 1.9.3, what could be going on here?

    Thanks for your help.

  • Turning off my icecast stream seems to have worked for now.

I don't have anything else running on this server at all but turning the ice cast stream off took pypo's cpu usage from 90+% to 40ish%.

There could have been a factor that I was missing, not sure.

Was pypo able to connect to Icecast successfully?
