Hi guys

I have stupid problem. I don't know how to check if $gimme->article->lead is empty.

{{if $gimme->article->lead == "" }} does not work. Workaround with $gimme->article->lead|empty is not working also.

Please help

Try putting strip_tags before strip and check for empty string and one space field in the if tag:

{{ assign var="text" value=$gimme->article->$field|strip_tags:false|strip }}
