So, I'm really eager to try and run this program. Thing is when you first initially need to download it, you have to be in ubuntu. I personally do not want to set me windows computer up for a dual boot program. Is there any way i can set up airtime using windows vista?

You can try the Ubuntu wubi installer.It installs Ubuntu inside of Windows

I'm not aware of anyone running Airtime this way, so let us know how it goes :)

actually wubi requires dual boot. To avoid this you can use some virtualization software like VMWare or VirtualBox. Btw, the VirtualBox is free: https://www.virtualbox.org/

trying it with virtualbox is a good solution, who working fine.
but it a transitory solution. not a production solution
If you decide to use airtime, Gnu/linux is mandatory
