    Hi Deepthi,

    In the 'localize' howto is a sample with French translation. For Russian
    translation, you need to change the encoding set. Here you can find some
    supported encodings:

    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/guide/intl/encoding.doc.html

    When you put new translation into the Cream classes directory, don't forget to
    restart Tomcat.
