Demo Server Configured Correctly? - Airtime Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

I really enjoyed how easy it was to setup a show, but when the show plays the on air button is not lit up, even though it indicates that a track is playing, and I don't hear anything when listening to the live stream at http://airtime-demo.sourcefabric.org:8000/airtime.ogg

The show was scheduled today at 12:55 EDT. I've read other docs saying to check the logs, etc, so I was wondering if you could please advise.

Well, I left the stream open...and now RHCP's Californication, which wasn't part of my show is playing I don't see Californication in the admin interface for airtime so I'm guessing you're testing the icecast server? =)

Hi Ariel,

I've just checked the Airtime demo, and it seems to be working correctly. As a matter of fact, I'm able to listen to a show that someone has scheduled a couple of minutes ago.

The schedule is set for the UTC (i.e. Greenwich) time zone. Maybe the inability to play had to do with that?

OK. I see. I'm logged into airtime at http://airtime-dev.sourcefabric.org so that must be the problem.
