Hi folks,

Airtime 1.9 RC3 has been released into the wild and is ready to be put to the test.

Head to the wiki for install instructions.

Since RC2, Airtime now supports uploading files of any size through plupload (was limited to 200MB before) and we fixed a few install and upgrade bugfixes.

Huge thanks to everyone who tested the last release candidate and flagged bugs and issues. We're entering the home straight now and getting close to a full public release.

If all things go to plan (*if* being the important word :) ), the final

Which features of liquidsoap are you referring to? Airtime has always been
keeping with the latest version of liquidsoap, and is usually ahead of the
released versions.

Still dont know what you mean - here is the list of new features in
liquidsoap:

The new features are:
- Added of_json to parse json data. Depends
on json-wheel.
- Added file.exists and is_directory.
- Added timeout options for:
telnet, harbor (server), input.icecast
- Finer-grained timeout detection
for input.harbor and input.http
- Added an optional duration parameter to %wav
encoder to allow a proper duration header in the
output file when total duration is known in advance

How do you see Airtime using these features?

I dont see what you mean, can you explain?

- json will be a great feature for all the informations we can have (or send) in airtime
- and adding parameters to %wav encoder is a good idea for knew lives duration
