    And, btw, I also read the UPGRADE.txt file in the Newscoop extracted
    tar ball, but there is no line: RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI}
    !/+templates in .htaccess file of Newscoop directory.

    $ cd /usr/share/
    $ more newscoop/.htaccess | grep 'RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/+templates'

    and it just already has line: RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/+themes, as
    UPGRADE.txt told. so I did not replace the line manually as it just
    there automatically after upgrade.

    $ more newscoop/.htaccess | grep 'RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/+themes'
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/+themes
