• hi every body

    i asked this question before but the answer not help me completely

    i install newscoop in a directory ,in the root of host
    when i try to make a new back , i found this error

    ERROR!

    i kindly ask you guys about a complete detail and ANSWER

    this script should be ran from server shell. If server is not locally accessed so you need to connect ssh.

    it means in control panel, i should define a ssh key?
    if its ok, what should i define for key type and key size?
    and then i should define the key for newscoop?

    when i install newscoop the CLP was not active
    is it because of that i cant make back up?

    Please send these questions about ssh/control panel to your hosting provider. It isn't newscoop related stuff.
