Your developer documentation references custom switches frequently. Searching the libraries turns up a few references to them, but it's hard to parse.

Nowhere in the documentation does it outline how to actually code new switches. What is the process of coding a new switch that will show up in the edit/create article page for journalists?

You can create a custom switch in the "Article Type" screen. Let us know if

Hello,

Custom switches are just one variety of article field that you can create as part of a custom Article Type. When creating the new article field, first enter the Template Field Name, then select Switch from the Type: drop-down menu.
