How to duplicate publication?

    Let's say I have two publications in an instance:

    Pub1
    Pub2

    Pub1 has 3 issues with a bunch of articles, topics, sections, images, custom templates, and so forth. Pub2 is a brand-new fresh publication.

    Is there a simple way to clone everything (including configs) from Pub1 to Pub2 without duplicating each article under manually re-created issues?
