Installing from deb on Ubuntu - Airtime Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

Hi,

I am trying to follow http:// wiki.sourcefabric.org/display/CC/Airtime+1.8.0+Package+Insta llation on Ubuntu Lucid. One instance is pretty fresh and the other not.

I tried

sudo add-apt-repository 'http://apt.sourcefabric.org'

but I get Quote:

Error: 'http://apt.sourcefabric.org' invalid

on non-clean version and Quote:

sudo: add-apt-repository: command not found

on the clean version.

What am I missing. I have the latest apt-get update on both.

I think that the guide that you linked is wrong... Try this command Wink

sudo add-apt-repository 'deb http://apt.sourcefabric.org/ lucid main'
