Szia Zsigmond,

There are two things I can think of that you can try:

1. If you can get sound out of XMMS, then go to Options -> Preferences
-> Audio I/O Plugins -> Output Plugin -> Configure, and check what
device it is using, and try the same device name in Campcaster.

2. Try running the Gstreamer pipeline from the command line:

export GST_REGISTRY=/opt/campcaster/etc/gst-registry.xml
/opt/campcaster/bin/gst-launch filesrc
location="/path/to/file/name.mp3" ! decodebin \
! audioconvert ! audioscale ! alsasink device="some_device"

This is the same pipeline as used inside Campcaster, so it probably
won't work, but it might give you a useful error message.
