[campsite-dev] Please help me with a small function

    hello folks,
    ok, here is a little problem im facing.

    let say i write the following on the editor

    "This is a Link and this is not"

    then i add an external link (to google) to the word 'Link'. now if i save
    the document it will generate something like this:

    "This is a Link and this
    is not"

    and on the screen the word 'Link' would be underlined with a blue color.

    right?.

    well here is the problem.

    i need a function that if i select some text on the screen it generates the
    output that is saved to the database.

    on the example above, if i selected the following "is a Link and" the
    function will output:

    " is a Link and"

    please please help me here i have been stuck over a week on this.

    i don't really understand what you want to do.
