I have an error 500 when installing the script newscoop-4.2.1

    Good day.
    Please help sort out errors when installing software Newscoop
    I chose the latest version downloaded from the repository newscoop-4.2.1.tar.gz
    Installation is collapsing in the third stage, after specifying the database.
    Attached Server error logs associated with installation errors.
