    am building new site using campsite 3.1.0

    can some one please help me how i can i change the following old syntax to
    the new one

    Try this:

    {{ local }}
    {{ set_language name="Arabic" }}
    {{ set_issue number="1" }}
    {{ set_section number="1" }}
    {{ list_articles length="5" }}
    {{ $campsite->article->title_text }}
    {{ /list_articles }}
    {{ /local}}
