2nd site down - just blank

    a 2nd newscoop site of ours is down

    talked to my host who has said nothing has been changed on the site

    their is no error message just blank - www.eastmidlandsbusinesslink.co.uk

    have re-uploaded index.php and htaccess file just to check

    the same site host a joomla and a wordpress directory and they both work fine
