New install problems

    Hello, I have installed Version 1.6.1 in a virtual machine using the procedure described on sourcefabric.org: using postgres and apache2.
    I can see the site and was able to import an ebook (named test2)
    The issues I'm facing are:

    1. Files are uploaded in the "Images and Files" tab of the book but they don't appear in the list. No error message. I can see the files arriving in ./mybook/data/books/test2/1.0/ directory.
    2. I'm unable (don't see how) to change the book name.
    3. I'm unable (don't see how) to delete some chapters.
    4. I'm unable to publish the book using any format listed, I just get "Unknown error while trying to publish this book."
    5. Cover image and profile images are not displayed.
